Brest Regional Museum of Local Studies

The Brest Regional Museum of Local Lore (Brest Oblast Local History Museum) is the umbrella institution for several heritage sites in Brest, Belarus. Alongside its main exhibitions on the history of the Brest region from prehistory to the 21st century and a "Native Nature" display, the museum operates a network of branches: the Berestye Archaeological Museum, the "Saved Art Treasures" museum, the Art Museum and the medieval Kamenets Tower. Its collections span archaeology, numismatics, weaponry, painting, graphics, sculpture, icons and ethnography.
