Boyd Heritage Museum, The
The Boyd Heritage Museum in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, occupies a building constructed in 1889 that originally housed the Boyd Lumber Co. and later the Trent Valley Navigation Company. Operated by the A. Sheila Boyd Foundation, the museum tells the story of Mossom Boyd, the 'Lumber King of the Trent', and the Boyd family's role in the region's lumber and shipping history.
