Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology

The Hamilton Museum of Steam & Technology National Historic Site preserves a 19th-century waterworks pumping station in Hamilton, Ontario, where two enormous steam engines once supplied the city with clean drinking water. Operated as part of the Hamilton Civic Museums, the site offers guided tours of the engines and steam-era technology, with daily tour times at 12:15, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m. The museum is open year-round Tuesday through Sunday and offers free on-site parking.
