Centre d'artistes vaste et vague

Vaste et Vague is an artist-run centre in Carleton-sur-Mer where the artistic community of the Maritimes gathers, exchanges and collaborates. Anchored in coastal rural settings between sea and mountain, the Centre supports member artists at all career levels and works toward the development of contemporary arts in Gaspésie. The gallery, located at the Quai des arts, is free to enter, and the Centre also operates an artist residence on the ground and first floor of a nearby mansard house, alongside professional development training, a documentation centre, equipment loans and Artist Aid programmes.
