Chamber of Mines of Eastern B.C.

The Chamber of Mines of Eastern British Columbia is a not-for-profit organization in Nelson, BC that supports the mining industry of the Kootenay-Boundary region. It serves as an information and resource library, maintaining an extensive collection of geological information, maps, and rock and mineral specimens. The Chamber hosts elementary to high school classes and offers prospecting courses; its members range from individual prospectors to large mining and engineering companies.
