Chinese Canadian Military Museum
The Chinese Canadian Military Museum Society, founded in 1998, researches, collects, preserves and commemorates the role of Chinese Canadians in service to Canada's military. Its work centres on the experiences of "unwanted soldiers" whose service contributed to the community's struggle for full equal rights in Canada. In recent years the Society has broadened its scope to share lesser-known stories of everyday Chinese Canadians through their experiences, records and artefacts.
