Colby-Curtis Museum & Stanstead Historical Society

The Colby-Curtis Museum is operated by the Stanstead Historical Society and is housed in Carrollcroft, an 1859 Georgian-style villa in Stanstead, Quebec, donated by the Colby family in 1992. The museum preserves and presents the archives, books and artefacts of Stanstead County, building on collecting work begun by the Society in 1929. It also runs exhibitions, education programs and a tea room.
