Father Lacombe Chapel Provincial Historic Site
Father Lacombe Chapel Provincial Historic Site preserves the oldest building still standing in Alberta, originally built in 1861 as the centre of the French-Métis mission settlement of St. Albert. The site is operated by the Government of Alberta as a provincial historic site, with seasonal interpretive programmes telling the story of the mission and its place in Alberta's early history.
