Centre d'exposition de Mont-Laurier

The Centre d'exposition Mont-Laurier reopened on June 17, 2021 in the former Benedictine Nuns Abbey, occupying the choir of the nuns and part of the ground floor for a total of 427 m² - a more than $2.2 million investment in cultural infrastructure. The Centre presents temporary exhibitions, runs an educational service for audiences from preschool through adult level, and offers family programmes including winter break activities, Dimanches-Desjardins family creation workshops (four per year for ages 5-12), and a summer day camp specialised in visual arts for youth ages 7-12.
