Centre de conservation du Québec
Founded in 1979 and operating under Quebec's Ministry of Culture and Communications, the Centre de conservation du Québec (CCQ) is the province's national institution for heritage conservation and restoration. With Quebec's largest team of conservation and restoration specialists working in seven specialized workshops, the CCQ treats artworks and ethnological or archaeological objects of all kinds. Its facilities feature controlled environmental conditions and specialized equipment, serving museums, archives, public and private organizations and individuals.
