Le Musée du Royal 22e Régiment
Le Musée du Royal 22e Régiment is housed within the iconic Citadelle of Québec, a National Historic Site and the official residence of the Governor General. The museum chronicles the history of the Royal 22e Régiment — Canada's most famous francophone regiment, affectionately known as the "VanDoos" — from its founding in 1914 through both World Wars and subsequent peacekeeping missions. Visitors explore exhibits of medals, uniforms, weapons, and personal artefacts spread across the historic fortifications, with guided tours departing from the main gate.
