Lieu historique national des Forges-du-Saint-Maurice National Historic Site

The Forges du Saint-Maurice National Historic Site in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, preserves Canada's first ironworks, established near the Saint-Maurice River. Located halfway between Montreal and Quebec City, the site features archaeological remains and historical metallic pieces from the early Canadian iron industry. Outdoor areas are freely accessible year-round.
