Moulin seigneurial de Pointe-du-Lac

The Moulin seigneurial de Pointe-du-Lac is a heritage flour mill built around 1765, classified as a Heritage site and one of the finest examples of Quebec's rural architecture. One of the few mills from that era to still have functioning mechanisms, it presents two permanent exhibitions: 'Maître meunier' (Master Miller), exploring the everyday life of past-century millers and the secrets of flour-making, and 'Farine de bois' (Wood Flour), set in a 1940s sawmill recreating the life of traditional woodworkers. The site also offers a hands-on bread workshop, approximately 7 km of hiking trails, rotating art exhibitions in the miller's house, a gift shop featuring local produce and artisan creations, and rental halls for events.
