Dorfmuseum Bottmingen

The Dorfmuseum Bottmingen displays rural domestic culture and tools from agriculture and trades. Its collection covers themes such as the Mathyse Hus, the village smithy, the laundry house (Buchhuus), the Weiherschloss (Moated Castle), a glass collection, village associations, woodworking and forestry, small trades and farming. The museum opens on Sunday mornings tied to local voting dates and accepts requests for guided tours of the museum or the historic Weiherschloss.
