Dorfmuseum Alter Bären Konolfingen

The Dorfmuseum Alter Bären in Konolfingen is a village museum housed in a historic building, presenting the history of Konolfingen and its surroundings. Lovingly furnished period spaces let visitors experience how life was lived in the area, including how the young community of Konolfingen took shape and what it looked like a century ago. The attic of the building hosts a regular small-culture programme of theatre, concerts and readings, and the museum runs special exhibitions including a costume (Trachten) display.
