Mazot-Musée
The Mazot-Musée in Plan-Cerisier, Switzerland, is a small museum housed in a historic "mazot," a type of traditional Alpine outbuilding that originally served as temporary lodging for vineyard-working families from the Trient valley. Located 4 km above Martigny in the picturesque vineyards near the Col de la Forclaz road, the museum preserves and interprets this distinctive aspect of local rural and viticultural heritage. It is open on Saturdays from Easter through October, and by appointment.
