Fort de Vallorbe

Le Fort 39-45 Vallorbe, hidden in the appearance of a fake chalet in the Swiss Jura, was the first military structure in Switzerland to open to the public. Visitors discover Cold War and Second World War-era fortifications including underground galleries, command posts, and living quarters in a unique heritage site set in a forested mountain landscape.
