Heimatmuseum Wald
Housed in the former Spoerry & Schaufelberger office building — gifted to the municipality in 1943 — the Heimatmuseum Wald sits at the heart of the village. A ground-floor exhibition room is open to local artists; the first floor holds the village chronicle; and a permanent second-floor exhibition reflects on Wald's textile-town past, local trades and customs (including the Silvesterchläuse and Walder-umzüge). The museum is open by appointment for individuals and groups interested in the chronicle or current exhibitions.
