Lebkuchenmuseum Goldapfel
The Goldapfel Museum (Schafbock- und Lebkuchenmuseum) in Einsiedeln, Switzerland showcases the history and regional significance of the town's specialty Lebkuchen (gingerbread) and Schafbock confections. Housed in a fully preserved 19th-century heritage building restored to its 1896 appearance, it features early 20th-century machinery, baking tools, historical documents, period furniture, and wooden molds from around 1900. Admission is free during shop opening hours.
