La Maison du Gruyère
La Maison du Gruyère in Pringy-Gruyères is a demonstration dairy and interactive exhibition dedicated to Gruyère AOP cheese, a Swiss tradition since 1115. Open every day, visitors discover the cheese-making process, enjoy the restaurant, shop at the Marché gruérien, and follow the Sentier des Fromageries trail.
