MUSÉE RÉSISTANCE SUISSE 1940 – 1990
The Eco-Museum "Festungswerke oberer Buchberg" is a protected ensemble of 9 historic combat structures from 1939 and 1940/41, including tank traps, anti-tank barriers, bunkers, and a large rock fortification. The main structure, Mösliflue, has housed the Musée résistance suisse 1940 since 2009, documenting how courageous Swiss men and women secretly prepared non-violent resistance against potential Nazi occupation. The museum's 24 panels and documentary films cover 50 years of resistance history through the Cold War until 1990.
