Ausstellung im Kernkraftwerk Gösgen
The exhibition at the G\u00f6sgen Nuclear Power Plant introduces visitors to the workings of a nuclear power plant through videos, models and a cloud chamber that makes charged particles visible. Expert-led three-hour guided tours take in the exhibition, the machine house and the control-room operations, explaining how uranium nuclei are split to produce heat and how radiation is monitored. Admission to the exhibition and tour is free but requires advance registration, and guided visits are offered in German, French, Italian and English.
