EL MUSEO CANARIO

El Museo Canario is a scientific society and museum in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Canary Islands, dedicated to the archaeology, anthropology, history and culture of Gran Canaria and the Canary Islands. Founded in the 19th century, it preserves one of the most important collections of pre-Hispanic Canarian archaeology, alongside an extensive library, hemeroteca, archive and ongoing research and educational programmes.
