MUSEO DEL AZAFRÁN
The Museo del Azafran in Monreal del Campo, Teruel, is dedicated to the history and culture of saffron, one of the world's most prized spices. The Jiloca region of Aragon has been one of Spain's most important saffron-producing areas for centuries, and the museum documents the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of the crocus flower through historic implements, photographs, and exhibits that celebrate this golden thread of local agricultural heritage.
