MUSEO DEL AZAFRÁN Y ETNOGRÁFICO
The Museo del Azafran y Etnografico in Madridejos, Toledo, is housed in the historic 17th-century Convent of San Francisco and combines exhibits on saffron production with a broader ethnographic collection documenting traditional life in the La Mancha region. Madridejos is one of the most celebrated saffron-producing towns in Spain, and the museum traces the crop's history from cultivation to market while also preserving domestic and agricultural objects from the rural Castilian past.
