MUSEO DEL ENCAJE DE VILLAR DEL MONTE

The Museo del Encaje de Castilla y León is a living museum dedicated to preserving the historic lace-making traditions of the Castilla y León region. Housed in a restored 17th-century building in Tordesillas, it presents five exhibition rooms showcasing erudite and popular lace pieces gathered through 30 years of research and restoration. The attached Didactic Centre teaches traditional and European lace-making techniques, making it both a heritage museum and an active centre for craft education.
