FUNDACIÓN NMAC-MONTENMEDIO DE ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO

Fundación Montenmedio Contemporánea (Fundación NMAC) is the leading open-air contemporary art museum in southern Europe, set in the natural surroundings of the Dehesa de Montenmedio in Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz. The foundation invites international artists to create site-specific projects that establish a dialogue between contemporary art and nature, drawing on the region's history, geography, and society. Beyond its permanent collection, NMAC is a key cultural reference in southern Europe through its programming, mediation and education programs, and partnerships, including light installations by James Turrell.
