MUSEO DEL ANÍS DE RUTE

The Museo del Anís de Rute is dedicated to the rich tradition of anise distillation in Rute, a town located within the Natural Park of the Sierra Subbética Cordobesa. Dating back to 1655, this museum celebrates Rute's identity as the anise capital of Spain, featuring multiple exhibit spaces including a Stills Room, Maceration Room, historic loading dock, cellars, and a multi-purpose hall.
