FUNDACIÓN PÚBLICA ANDALUZA RODRÍGUEZ-ACOSTA

The Fundación Pública Andaluza Rodríguez-Acosta is a public Andalusian foundation established in 1941 by the will of painter José María Rodríguez-Acosta, dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of culture. The foundation is housed in the spectacular Carmen built by Rodríguez-Acosta between 1916 and 1930 next to Torres Bermejas, near the Alhambra in Granada. It also hosts the Museo Gómez-Moreno and includes important art, library, and documentary collections from José María Rodríguez-Acosta and Manuel Gómez-Moreno Martínez, with educational programs, guided tours, exhibitions, and research initiatives.
