Infantry Museum

The Infantry Museum (Jalkaväkimuseo) in Mikkeli, Finland, is one of the largest military museums in the country, housed in two 19th-century timber army barracks in Mikkeli's historic wooden district. Founded in 1982, its ten exhibition rooms trace the development, equipment, and history of the Finnish infantry from the Swedish era to the present day, with particular focus on the Winter War and Continuation War. Highlights include period uniforms, weapons, photographs, and wartime radio equipment.
