Biological Museum

The Biological Museum, established in 1907, is a museum of natural history. Its 13 dioramas showcase Finnish nature from the southern archipelago to the fells of Lapland. The museum is a perfect destination for everyone interested in nature and cultural history. The museum has 30 common Finnish mammals and 143 bird species on display. The small-scale exhibitions and events expand upon the museum’s themes. The museum is particularly popular among families with children. It is also a great visiting destination for schools and kindergartens.
