Memorial Chico Xavier

Memorial Chico Xavier in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, celebrates the life and legacy of Chico Xavier — one of Brazil's most beloved spiritual figures and a renowned medium of Spiritism. The memorial, reopened in 2024, is integrated with the Mata do Carrinho nature area and features exhibition galleries, a library, an auditorium, and contemplative plazas. It was created by Municipal Law no. 12.448/2016 and focuses on universal values of dialogue, solidarity, peace, love, and transformation, as well as the cultural heritage of Uberaba. Chico Xavier was voted the greatest Brazilian of all time by the Brazilian public.
