Canmore Museum & Geoscience Centre

The Canmore Museum tells the story of the Canmore community in Alberta's Bow Valley, drawing on collections of objects and photographs that capture the area's coal-mining and mountain heritage. Operated as a registered charity, the museum runs exhibits, events, school programs and day and summer camps from its main location in downtown Canmore, and also operates the historic NWMP Barracks site for select programming.
