Gabriola Historical & Museum Society
The Gabriola Historical and Museum Society — Gabriola Museum — tells the stories of Gabriola Island in British Columbia, with exhibits on the Snuneymuxw First Nation, Japanese settlement at Silva Bay, the brickyard, ferries, the WWI centennial, and the island's settler families and industrial past. The museum runs an outdoor Petroglyph Park and a Native Plant Trail and operates a gift shop, archives and educational programming. Exhibits reopen for the season in mid-May.
