Ivan Franko Museum

The Ivan Franko Museum in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is the only museum outside Ukraine dedicated to Ivan Franko (1856–1916), the celebrated Ukrainian writer, poet, scholar, and patriot. Located at the Ukrainian Labour Temple, the museum celebrates Franko's monumental contributions to Ukrainian literature and culture, and his lasting influence on Ukrainian-Canadian identity. The museum is operated primarily by volunteers and is recognized by the Province of Manitoba as a charitable institution. Admission is always free.
