Maxxi L’Aquila - Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo
MAXXI L'Aquila is a contemporary art museum housed in the historic Palazzo Ardinghelli in the heart of L'Aquila, Abruzzo. A satellite of the MAXXI – Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo in Rome, it functions as a laboratory dedicated to artistic and cultural production, bringing MAXXI's collections of contemporary art, architecture, and photography to life in a Baroque palace setting. The museum presents temporary exhibitions, educational projects, and cultural programmes, and serves as a creative hub open to the energy and talent of its surrounding territory. Visitors can access a study room, and join events ranging from performances to workshops.
