Museo Basilio Cascella Pescara

The Museo Basilio Cascella in Pescara is dedicated to the Cascella dynasty, one of the most important artistic families in Abruzzese cultural history. Basilio Cascella (1860–1950) was a celebrated painter, illustrator, and ceramicist whose work spanned the Liberty and Art Nouveau movements; his sons Tommaso and Michele and his grandson Pietro continued the family's legacy as internationally acclaimed sculptors and painters. The museum's collections present paintings, drawings, ceramics, posters, and sculpture tracing four generations of creative output, and is housed in a building in the centre of Pescara closely associated with the family.
