Museo "Francesco Paolo Michetti"

MuMi — Museo Michetti is housed in the former Dominican convent of Palazzo San Domenico in Francavilla al Mare, Abruzzo. The museum is dedicated to the work of Francesco Paolo Michetti (1851–1929), one of the leading Italian painters of the late 19th century and a central figure of the Cenacolo d'Abruzzo, the celebrated artistic circle that gathered at this convent. The collection includes large-format canvases by Michetti alongside contemporary exhibitions staged by the Fondazione Premio Michetti. The complex features underground rooms (Sale Ipogee), a historic cloister, a library, and youth cultural programmes through the Consulta Aggregazione Giovanile.
