Castello Angioino Aragonese di Agropoli
The Castello Angioino Aragonese is a hilltop castle in the historic center of Agropoli, in the Cilento region of Campania. One of the city's main attractions, it offers panoramic views and hosts cultural events year-round. The castle is associated with figures including Luisa Sanfelice, the French writer Marguerite Yourcenar (who set her novella "Anna, soror" here), and the Italian poet Giuseppe Ungaretti.
