Green Family Forge (Trinity Historical Society)

The Green Family Forge in Trinity, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, is a historic blacksmith's forge operated by the Green family since before 1750, specializing in maritime work for schooners. The present smithy, built between 1895 and 1900, was restored in 1991 and became operational again in 1999 with live blacksmith demonstrations and handcrafted items for sale. Admission includes access to 8 historic sites in Trinity and the forge is open daily from early June to mid-October.
