Historic Markerville Creamery

Built in 1902 by the Tindastoll Butter & Cheese Manufacturing Association, the Historic Markerville Creamery operated continuously until 1972. Now restored as a museum depicting the butter-making industry as it existed in 1932, this Provincial Historic Site and Alberta Museums Association Recognized Museum also features Kaffistofa, a coffee shop serving Icelandic specialties. Open mid-May through September.
