Memorial University of Newfoundland Botanical Garden

The Memorial University of Newfoundland Botanical Garden is the province's premier botanical garden, spanning 110 acres in St. John's with 3.5 km of nature trails, themed gardens, greenhouses, and diverse ecosystems including fen, bog, boreal forest, pond, and barrens. The garden is open seasonally from May through November, hosts the Merry & Bright Holiday Light Festival in December, and offers self-guided snowshoeing in winter months.
