Château de Bourdeilles

In the heart of a picturesque Périgord village, the Château de Bourdeilles brings together two adjoining buildings — a medieval fortress and a Renaissance residence — to tell more than eight centuries of history. Classified as a Monument Historique, the site features one of Aquitaine's richest furniture collections, an imposing 32.5 m keep with panoramic views, and a year-round programme of guided visits, audio-guided self-tours, themed workshops and special events such as a Murder Party.
