Cité de la préhistoire

The Aven d'Orgnac and Cité de la Préhistoire is a Grand Site de France in the Ardèche region, combining a spectacular cave system discovered in 1935 with a prehistory museum spanning 350,000 years of human history. Visitors can descend 121 meters into the cave's immense underground chambers, explore interactive exhibits and authentic prehistoric artifacts, and participate in wine tastings, speleology activities, and prehistoric demonstrations.
