Cape Town Museum of Childhood

The Cape Town Museum of Childhood is the first museum of childhood in Africa, dedicated to the heritage, documentation, oral history, research and interpretation of childhood. The interactive museum offers exhibits, school group visits and outreach projects that enable children, families and communities to celebrate childhood and learn about its heritage. Entrance is free; the museum is a project of the Centre for Early Childhood Development funded by the National Lotteries Commission.
