Anna Swan Museum at The Creamery
The Anna Swan Museum at Creamery Square Heritage Centre in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, honors the famed giantess Anna Swan (1846–1888), who was born in the area and grew to 7 feet 11 inches tall. The museum tells the story of her life, from working at P.T. Barnum's American Museum to marrying fellow giant Martin van Buren Bates in London, with her wedding dress gifted by Queen Victoria.
