Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum

The Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum (ACAM) is the largest civilian and military aviation museum east of Ottawa, established in 1977 and based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, directly across from Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Its collection of 25 vintage aircraft and extensive artefact displays trace Atlantic Canada's aviation history from the Silver Dart — the first heavier-than-air flight in the British Commonwealth — to civilian and military jets of the 1960s, 70s and 80s, complemented by hands-on exhibits and an immersive Boeing 737 Flight Deck Experience. Admission is free, making it a popular family-friendly attraction.
