Cold Lake Air Force Museum

The Cold Lake Air Force Museum is the only former Cold War radar station in Canada to have been transformed into an accredited Air Force Museum. Originally built in the early 1950s for 42 Radar Squadron, the facility was redeveloped as a museum after the squadron relocated to CFB Cold Lake in 1992. The museum preserves and exhibits the history of 4 Wing Cold Lake and includes a small outdoor airpark with four aircraft displayed at ground level.
