Edmonton Public Schools Archives and Museum
Edmonton Public Schools Archives and Museum is housed in the historic McKay Avenue School (built 1904) and the 1881 Schoolhouse, overlooking Edmonton's river valley. Visitors learn about the history of public education and the provincial government through self-guided and guided tours, while immersive student programs offer "time traveling" curriculum-based field trips. The site also serves as the curator of Edmonton Public School Board's 140-year history.
