Fort Beauséjour – Fort Cumberland National Historic Site
Fort Beauséjour – Fort Cumberland National Historic Site is a star-shaped fort in Aulac, New Brunswick, that played a pivotal role in the 18th-century tug-of-war between Britain and France for dominance in Acadie. Visitors can spend two to three hours exploring the ruins, exhibits, and artifacts, and learn about the soldiers and settlers who lived and died here.
